With approx 400bhp the supercharged V6 motors can run into trouble with some circuits and their drive-by decibel limits.
The 2bular tailpipe module has a twin-tip layout and it is possible to remove the standard Carbon tailpipes (or other Titanium option) and lip-on these 350mm long/100mm diameter Add-on silencers. They have the same bore as the tailpipes (no back-pressure introduced!) and are packed with Acoustafil ZT-1 material. In 4 years of operation I have never had to re-pack them.
The latest versions have longer tailpipes to help spread the decibels across the tarmac - a very important feature.
