If ever a car needed a sports exhaust, it's this one! The factory system is ................... not what you'd expect this car to sound like. There's a lot going on inside that OEM system and I'll post up images later. It weighs a hefty 15.2Kgs! Not what Mr J-M Gales was looking for with his weight-saving programme.

This 8"dia system seems to be the weapon of choice for road-going 220/240/250 Cup owners, going by recent sales. It weighs 8Kgs. Option of the 6 x 4 oval tailpipe with perforated liner or the round tailpipe which is double-skinned with an internal cone to help control resonance/dronnnne and to keep it shiny(!) for as long as possible. IF YOU WANT A QUIETER SYSTEM FOR LONG JOURNEYS OR JUST BETTER NOISE-CONTROL - SELECT THE 'H1 Chamber' VERSION IN THE BOX ABOVE. THIS HAS ONE HELMHOLTZ CHAMBER AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE SILENCER TO HELP REDUCE NOISE BY APPROX 5dbs.

FOR 95db TRACKDAYS, I RECOMMEND THE TAILPIPE ADD-ON SILENCER. NOT ROAD-LEGAL BUT EASILY SWAPPED AT TRACKSIDE USING THE 2-BOLT FLANGE FITTING. TICK ADD-ON OPTION BELOW.
