If you are a brave K-series owner tuning the motor to over 200bhp or fitting a Honda/Duratec conversion you will need a larger diameter catalyser to handle the increased power. I recently built this 121mm dia HJS HD Directional catalyser for a 235bhp K-series install. I borrowed it from the 4-cyl supercharged motors. Bigger bore pipework and flexy section to go along with it. No point losing power and torque to smaller diameter pipework and catalyser! 

Still 200cell Euro 6 compliant. Supplied with the 3-bolt flange fitting kits/gaskets.
