The K24 motor is a long-stroke version of the K20. 19.5mm taller(!) so I added those mm's into the primaries of this stepped 4-1 manifold. I've used a stepped-primary pipe design to help maintain the gas-speed out of the cylinder head and avoided a swing to the RHS of the engine-bay which adds a lot of pipe/bends/weight to the whole unit. Given the lack of space there's no room for a flexy section and I don't want leaky slip-joints before the 1st Lambda sensor! I've used the sprung donut gasket cup from my Toyota manifold designs. A proper 4-1 merged collector helps keep gas-flow efficient as possible.
The whole layout fits to the S2 K-series (Rover) rear-facing 3-bolt flange (gasket + fitting kit supplied).
Some 2bular K20 manifold customers (overseas!) have opted for a de-cat pipe. Make your choice in the Cat/De-Cat box.
Supplied with the main gasket between manifold and cylinder head and the donut gasket + fitting kit.
This manifold fits easily with the CNC'd engine/transmission mounts from HPE Auto (Dan Webster).
