WHY 2bular?! This V6 Power kit has been honed and refined over the past 12 years. With a stepped manifold design - 45/48mm dia - for best power AND torque. I see some offerings with their manifolds covered by some heat-shielding (no need when the integral catalysers have been deleted). Although I was sent a.n.other's publicity stating a 45mm manifold design with no step up to 48mm - not good - but let's cover that up with some heat-shielding.
The 2bular 57mm downpipes are the CORRECT size to match the stepped manifolds. The factory downpipes have a severely restrictive entry to match the factory log-manifolds - why would you use them? Keeping the cost of your kit down by using the factory 60mm downpipes is just lazy - and cheap.
The final bore out of the flexy section is 70mm - again - the CORRECT diameter for the system. Well-proven claims, with 552bhp showing on one recent build.
If your catalyser is NOT the EURO 6 spec 200cell 130mm dia HJS HD directional design then you are wasting your money. I see some installs having CEL problems - use a cheap catalyser, that's what will happen.
Emira ownership is slightly different from the earlier Evora/Exige demographic so I will take this to the dyno once I have finalised the 70mm exhaust system.
